Terms, privacy, and refunds
Effective October 2, 2026. These policies cover the Layla Loba website. External services, including Fanvue and gift providers, have their own terms.
Keychain delivery terms
Each qualifying, verified gift includes one Layla Loba keychain and three months of Fanvue access at no additional cost. Choose the printed artwork color before payment. Product previews are illustrations; screen and print colors may differ slightly.
The keychain is made to order. Gift checkout opens only after shipping destinations, shipping charges, the delivery estimate, final product, and signing method have been confirmed and displayed. A personally hand-signed item must be routed to Layla for signing before shipment. A reproduced printed signature, if offered, must be labeled as such before payment.
After verified payment, use Support to provide your delivery address and Fanvue username. Delivery information may be shared with the manufacturer and carrier to fulfill your order. Fanvue access starts when activation is confirmed, not when shipping begins. It does not authorize renewal charges.
Contact Support promptly about damage, defects, missing parcels, or an incorrect item. Include your payment reference and clear photos when relevant. The no-refund policy for change of mind does not remove applicable rights for non-delivery, defects, or unauthorized charges.

Terms of service
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not send illegal content, threats, harassment, private information about others without permission, or payment credentials. The owner may close abusive conversations. Contact support about account or access problems.
On-site private messaging costs $100 USD per month when available. It is asynchronous, like email, with no promise of immediate replies or a fixed response time. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through Manage subscription or contact support if cancellation fails. Cancellation stops future renewals, with access continuing through the paid period unless access must be restricted for safety or legal reasons. Fanvue membership is separate and does not unlock this website's messaging.
Gifts are voluntary. Gift supporters receive a custom-made signed keychain and three months of Fanvue subscription access at no additional cost after payment verification through Support. Provide your Fanvue username to arrange access. Activation is handled by the owner in Fanvue, not automatically by this website. Fanvue access is subject to its account and platform rules. The three-month benefit does not itself authorize charges after that period; any subsequent paid subscription requires your agreement under Fanvue terms. Gifts do not unlock this website’s paid messaging or purchase personal meetings or guaranteed replies. Shipping eligibility, cost, and expected delivery time must be confirmed before payment; contact Support for these details. Prices and destination providers are shown before payment. External gift payments are governed by the provider's rules. Content on this site may not be redistributed without permission.
No-refund policy
All completed purchases and voluntary gifts are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. This policy does not limit statutory rights or legitimate payment disputes. Report duplicate or unauthorized charges and service delivery issues through Support for investigation and any legally required remedy.
Privacy notice
We use your ChatGPT account identifier and sign-in email to authenticate you and identify the owner. We store your nickname, private messages, support requests and replies, gift settings, delivery information you provide for keychains, and subscription identifiers and access dates. The owner can read messages and support requests to respond and operate the service. Your conversations are not public.
Stripe processes subscription payments. This website stores customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers. ChatGPT sign-in, website hosting, and external linked services process data under their own policies. Necessary session cookies support authentication. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising tracking in this website.
Records remain while needed to provide service, handle support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve billing issues. You may request access, correction, or deletion through Support. Some billing and security records may need to be retained. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send highly sensitive information in messages.
Contact and policy updates
Use the free Support inbox for billing, cancellation, privacy requests, account issues, or complaints. You do not need a paid messaging subscription to request help. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.

La cancelación detiene futuras renovaciones y conserva el acceso durante el período pagado, salvo restricciones necesarias por seguridad o por ley. Fanvue es una suscripción independiente.

Privacidad
Usamos tu identificador y correo de inicio de sesión de ChatGPT para autenticarte. Guardamos tu apodo, mensajes, solicitudes de ayuda, respuestas e identificadores y fechas de suscripción. La propietaria puede leer los mensajes para responder. Las conversaciones no son públicas. Stripe procesa los pagos; no guardamos números completos de tarjetas. Los proveedores de inicio de sesión, alojamiento y servicios externos aplican sus propias políticas. Usamos cookies necesarias para la sesión, no vendemos datos personales ni usamos seguimiento publicitario en este sitio.
Conservamos los registros mientras sean necesarios para el servicio, la seguridad, obligaciones legales y asuntos de pagos. Puedes solicitar acceso, corrección o eliminación en Ayuda. Algunos registros deben conservarse por razones legales. No envíes información muy sensible.
